By visiting or using the Monetizr Blackbelt site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Monetizr SIA ("Monetizr," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates Blackbelt.
Blackbelt is a resource hub for gaming media buying. It publishes frameworks, benchmarks, case studies, and self-serve tools (such as the Attention Calculator, KPI Booster, Custom Audiences, and Campaign Launcher) that help brands and agencies plan and evaluate in-game advertising campaigns. It's intended for business use by advertisers, agencies, and media buyers, not for consumers.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organization, and you're responsible for making sure anyone who uses the site under your account or submissions complies with these terms.
Several pages on Blackbelt let you submit information, for example a work email to receive a calculated report, creative assets to generate a campaign preview, or a request to activate a media deal. When you do this:

The Blackbelt site, including its text, design, benchmarks, case studies, and software, is owned by Monetizr or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for your own evaluation of Monetizr's services, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it for any other purpose without our permission.
Creative assets you upload to a Blackbelt tool, such as a video or logo used to generate a campaign preview, remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process and display that material solely to generate and deliver the preview or report you requested.
Blackbelt may link to third-party sites, such as case study sources or a scheduling page, and may rely on third-party service providers to operate parts of the site, such as delivering an email you request or hosting a submitted campaign asset. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The site, its tools, and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate, benchmark, or projected result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monetizr won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any estimate, benchmark, or content published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
We may update the site, its tools, or these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Latvia, except where mandatory local law says otherwise.
